Last trip to London

We didn't know it at the time, but we had one last trip to London.  We caught the train on Sunday morning March 8 and made it to church at Hyde Park Chapel.
We were tired and it was rainy so we caught the bus back to the hotel.
We had a lovely relaxing Sabbath afternoon at the hotel.
The next day was not as rainy so after having our fabulous full English breakfast buffet at the hotel we headed out for a walk to St James Park.
We passed Buckingham Palace after the changing of the guard.
Here is the Scot Guard band marching back to the barracks.

The park was so beautiful with the daffodils blooming.
Daffodils as far as you can see.
And there were lots of trees blossoming....
Lovely weeping trees...
Calm still water...
Purple crocuses...
Every view was beautiful.  We walked around and enjoyed the park watched the many walkers and runners passing by from a bench.
There were lots of interesting birds too.
The swans had new little baby chicks.
View of the Queen Victoria Memorial on our walk to have some lunch at Zizzi before heading back home. We had a lovely relaxing time enjoying our preparation day, as usual.
